Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on slo16, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. slo16 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. slo16 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 and will permanently close any underage account, forfeiting any balance therein.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity, and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or affiliate of slo16. Such persons are prohibited from real-money play on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If the legality of online gaming in your location is uncertain, you are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice before registering.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

slo16 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. slo16 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. slo16 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative only; slo16 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, network issues, or banking processing times outside slo16's direct control.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the selected payment method and may be updated without prior notice.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. slo16 charges no withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours on business days following completion of all applicable KYC requirements. slo16 reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods or for accounts under review.
• slo16 may reverse a withdrawal request to the player's account balance if it cannot be processed due to payment method limitations, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds, or pending KYC verification.
• All transactions are logged and monitored. Transactions identified as potentially fraudulent or associated with money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

slo16 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with slo16 in a manner not available to a human player using standard browser or app interfaces.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing information in live dealer games, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using slo16 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal the origins of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing slo16 through a VPN, proxy, or other technical means for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions or misrepresenting your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward slo16 staff or other players via any communication channel provided by or associated with the slo16 platform.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slo16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the slo16 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if slo16 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

slo16's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their slo16 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• slo16 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
• slo16 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside slo16's direct control.
• In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, slo16's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in that jurisdiction.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

slo16 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slo16 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the slo16 platform. Non-material changes including typographical corrections, clarifications, and updates to contact information may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the slo16 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
